I recently had a wonderful stay at a cozy and authentic homestay in a rural setting. the management at this place, known as Jungle Boss, were incredibly honest and sweet. the breakfast was simple but hearty, and the dinner, which I had twice, was delicious homecooked food. I also loved the fact that they have a refillable toiletries and water system, making a positive impact on the environment. the location was perfect, with cute local restaurants along the river and the option to borrow bikes for an afternoon ride. the highlight of my stay was taking a bicycle ride to Phong Nha cave, enjoying the peacefulness of the countryside and the breathtaking scenery. the staff was also helpful in arranging last minute tours, accommodating a change in our plans effortlessly. it was a truly authentic homestay experience, giving me the feeling of actually staying with a Vietnamese family.
No negatives from this place. 😊.

I had a very good stay with a late check-out. The bedroom was separate and the bathroom was clean, with a bathtub. I could admire views of the garden. Everything about my stay was very good, I would recommend it.

Great pool and new-fashioned room with air conditioning. Nice to have an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control available. Stunning setting, very close to the center of son trach, Jungle Boss and Vietnam and fields, ducks and water buffalo. Btw, located close to the river.

Super great staff, super location, clean and quiet room/bungalow. Elephant cave tour was a must-do. Immediate room availability upon early arrival. Helpful staff arranged onward travel and provided great breakfast with yummy pancakes and coffee. Comfortable room with hot water and free laundry. Great location, short bike ride to town.
Couldn't stay longer.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making our stay special. the views from the hotel were stunning, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. the food served at the hotel restaurant was some of the best we had during our trip.
The hotel is located a bit further from the town, making it more difficult to access amenities such as bars and scooter rentals. the airport transfers and getting into town can be quite expensive, so it's better to arrange transportation independently.

I recently stayed at a charming homestead called Nirvana. The location was perfect, tucked away from the touristy areas. Despite a minor injury, I was still able to enjoy a day trek to the elephant cave and Ma Da valley, which turned out to be a magical experience in the pouring rain. The breakfasts were delicious and the coffee was exceptional, especially when enjoyed while watching the water buffalo. During my stay, I had the pleasure of witnessing my nephew's wedding and grew to love and respect the staff. Highly recommended!

The homestay is a cozy and sweet little place with a homely atmosphere. The lady who manages the place is super honest and sweet. The breakfast is simple but hearty. Dinner is homecooked and delicious. There are many cute and good local restaurants along the river. You can borrow bicycles for a ride along the river, and also visit Phong Nha cave with a short bicycle ride. The sunset on Son River and the peacefulness of the countryside are breathtaking. The homestay can help arrange last-minute tours, which was perfect for us.
Felt like VIP, nothing to complain about.
